    Privacy Policy

    1. Introduction

    DiamantAI ("we", "our", or "us") is Nir Diamant, who runs the website diamant-ai.com. This page lists what we collect when you visit, which outside services see it, and how to change your choices. If anything here is unclear, write to me.

    2. Information We Collect

    • What you type into a form: your name, email address, company, and message on the contact, business and sponsorship forms. The sponsorship form also sends where you first came from (campaign tags such as utm_source, ad click IDs, the referring site and the first page you landed on).
    • Resource downloads: your email address. Downloading a free resource also signs you up for the newsletter, as the form says. You can unsubscribe from any issue.
    • Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe. Substack holds the list.
    • Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring site, browser, device and approximate location, collected by the analytics and advertising tags in section 4, only when they are allowed to run.
    • Course purchases: Polar runs the checkout. Your card details go to Polar and its payment provider, never to us. We receive your name, email address and what you bought.
    • Spam protection: forms include a hidden field and note how long the form was open, to filter out bots. Your IP address is held briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions and is not stored.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    • Reply to your messages and inquiries
    • Send you the newsletter, if you subscribed or downloaded a resource
    • Give you access to a course you bought
    • See which pages and campaigns are useful, and measure our ads
    • Show ads on other sites to people who visited this one, where you allowed it

    We do not sell your personal information.

    4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Tags

    These tags load through Google Tag Manager and may set cookies or send data about your visit to the company that runs them:

    • Google Tag Manager: loads the tags below.
    • Google Analytics 4: site usage statistics.
    • Google Ads conversion tracking: measures which Google ads lead to signups and purchases.
    • Meta pixel: measures and targets ads on Facebook and Instagram.
    • LinkedIn Insight Tag: measures and targets ads on LinkedIn.
    • X (Twitter) pixel: measures and targets ads on X.
    • Reddit pixel: measures and targets ads on Reddit.

    If you are in the EEA or the UK, all of these start switched off. They run only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Everywhere else they are on by default, and you can switch them off the same way.

    We remember your choice in a cookie called da_consent (kept for 180 days and shared with our course site, p2p-course.diamant-ai.com) and in your browser's local storage.

    5. Changing or Withdrawing Consent

    Click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to bring the banner back, then choose Decline. Google's tags stop collecting right away; reload the page to make sure every other tag stops too. You can also delete this site's cookies in your browser settings, or block tracking with a browser extension. Declining does not affect anything else on the site.

    6. Services That Process Your Data

    Besides the tags in section 4, we use:

    • Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
    • Substack: newsletter signup, storage and delivery.
    • Polar: course checkout and payment.
    • Vercel: hosts the site and runs the code that receives form submissions. Like any web host, it logs requests, including IP addresses.
    • Gumroad: book checkout and payment. Once you click through to buy a book, Gumroad's own privacy notice applies. Some book links first pass through a small click counter we run on Google Cloud.

    Some pages also load files straight from other services, which then see your IP address. These are fonts from Google Fonts, repository star counts from GitHub, videos and thumbnails from YouTube, and the course preview video from Google Cloud Storage.

    Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Some of them are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there.

    7. Data Retention

    Form messages stay in our email for as long as the conversation or business relationship lasts. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

    8. Your Rights (GDPR and UK GDPR)

    If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to:

    • Access your personal data
    • Correct inaccurate data
    • Have your data erased
    • Restrict processing of your data
    • Receive your data in a portable format
    • Object to processing
    • Withdraw consent at any time (see section 5)
    • Complain to your local data protection authority

    Email us to use any of these rights. Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it.
